Our History
Our parent company Sintrex Ltd was incorporated in 1993 and from inception has been a market leader in manufacturing, supplying and wholesaling of high quality plain and branded textiles, clothing and accessories to the trade market sector. As our market grew and our products and services diversified, in 2001 Sintrex Ltd gave birth to two companies GWCC Ltd and Eziwear the former which caters mainly for the Souvenir and Licensed Products market sector and the latter which handles Plain and Bespoken garments.

Since then we've succeed in creating and developing ideas that innovate and reflect our brands' as well as others identity by supplying high quality merchandise that meets and exceeds the requirements at a competitive price.

There's more to us than meets the eye.
If you can't seem to find what you want on our website or even in the shop or if you'd like to create your own garment or modify an existing one then just contact us and we'll be there to help. We've got the capability and facilities to create garments from a roll of thread to the finished product - woven, dyed, cut, sewn, printed, embroidered, labeled packaged, taggedand delivered to your door. If you're not sure of your design our design team will be there to assist, and to ensure that you get exactly what you want there's various stages of sampling before mass production of the product.

1. Discuss with your Sales Account Manager your desired product
2. Your requirements is discussed with our design team for options on the best possible way to create your product
3. Receive the initial quotation, design/product visual and sample
4. Confirm the order at the agreed price, quality and specification and provide delivery details
5. The required lead-time is 8-12 weeks from our Karachi factory or 1 week if being produced in the UK

• Laboratory testing of pre production samples
• Batch testing of all fabric
• Inspection of production at 5-10%, 50% & 90-95% of total production
• Pre containerisation inspection

Physical inspection is measured against Acceptable Quality Levels.
Laboratory tests covers:

• Colour fastness & stability to washing, dry cleaning, light, perspiration, rubbing, chlorinated water, and sea water.
• Fabric construction; fabric weight and content, physical properties such as Resistance to Pilling (fleece production).

Specialist Testing such as:

• General Product Safety Directive {2001/95/EC
• The Nightwear Safety Regulations 1995
• The Azo Dyes Directive 2002/61/EC {amending 76/79/EEC} for all dyed garments
• The Phthalates Prohibition 99/815/EEC for printed garments
• The Nickel Directive 94/27/EC for zips, pins used
• The Total cadmium Directive 91/338/EC {amending 76/769/EEC}
• Fibre Compositional Labeling 96/74/EC
• Suspected Carcinogenic and sensitizing disperse dyes listed in EN71-9

Should you require additional testing this can be incorporated into our programme to ensure a bespoke solution to suit your needs.

Day to day management of the system has been delegated to the Quality Manager. It is expected that all staff will maintain a positive forward look to the Quality Systems and Procedures, monitoring their individual quality performance against that specified. Deviations from the documented procedures will not be permitted without the authority of either Directors or the Quality Manager. Routine assessment of the quality system for the conformity will be performed by an independent organization CSR Consulting Network pvt Limited.

Ethical Policy
GWCC  adhere to Chapter 9, article 55 'International Economic and Social Co-operation'. The ethical standards includes: supplier relationships, employment, wages, working hours and entitlements, working conditions, health and safety, discrimination, forced labour, child labour, first aid, environment, disclosure and inspection, development of the code, awareness and training, monitoring, sanctions.


GWCC and Our Planet
GWCC are enthusiastic about the planet, subsequently our staff are environmentally aware. We constantly try our best to contribute towards making our planet a better place to live, work & play.
Our waste is recycled wherever possible, fabric wastage is often shredded & used as padding/filling and dye inks are non-toxic and environmentally friendly, they are also filtered before entering the water system so not to harm the plant and wild life.
We believe that every little helps, therefore by being as sustainable as we can and by keeping our customers informed of our green procedures, will encourage others to realise the importance of these issues.
